Terms of service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
The service
ToyHive (toyhive.app) is toy library management software provided by Teewinot Software Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 50 629 248 139), trading as Toy Hive. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use ToyHive on behalf of a toy library, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that library.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may sign in with an email address, Google, or Facebook. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your library’s data
Libraries own the data they enter into ToyHive. We store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Libraries can export their data at any time, and can have it deleted — see our data deletion instructions.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ToyHive to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the service or other libraries’ data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.
- If you connect a third-party service, such as a Meta Facebook Page, to ToyHive, you confirm that you have the appropriate admin rights and authorisation from that organisation to link the account and publish content on its behalf. You agree to comply with the respective third party’s terms of service.
Fees and payments
Subscription fees are shown on our pricing page. Member payments taken through ToyHive are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their terms.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep ToyHive reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid for it in the previous 12 months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to library administrators and reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions? Email [email protected].
