The guided tour

The first time you open the app on a computer, a short guided tour points out the key places — the dashboard shortcuts, the loan desk, inventory, settings and reports. Team members who work the loan desk get their own short tour of the desk the first time they open Loans.

How it behaves

The tour appears once per person. Finish it (or close it early) and it stays away. It only shows steps for areas your role can actually use, and it never appears on a phone — everything it points at lives in the desktop sidebar.

Replaying it

Pick Replay tour at the bottom of the sidebar any time to run it again. Replaying never changes what you've already completed.
