A child slips on the dark blue dress with shimmery gold trim, tulle-overlay skirt and puffy sleeves, then adds the pointed hat to conjure pretend spells and stories. Encourages role play and make-believe. Includes the dress with attached gold belt and the matching hat; broomstick, shoes and stockings aren't included.
