A classic tabletop game where players take turns tapping ice blocks out of the frame while keeping Phillip the Penguin balanced on top. Tap the wrong block and Phillip goes ker-plop, so the last player to keep him up wins. Builds fine motor control, careful thinking and turn-taking. Plays with two to four, solo or in teams.
