HART

A long loop of wide elastic for the classic playground jumping game. Two players stretch it around their ankles while others hop the patterns, moving it higher as skills grow. It builds coordination, rhythm, timing and lower-body strength, and works best with three or more players. The band is a continuous 2.8m loop, 25mm wide.
