An inflatable balance disc used as a compact, portable training and rehabilitation tool. Children or adults stand, sit or wobble on it to challenge balance and build core and leg strength, or place it under the hands for push-ups and other exercises. Firmness adjusts by adding or releasing air, and one side has a textured pimple finish for extra sensory feedback. Measures 34cm across; latex free.
