A solo training aid for kicking practice at home or the park. An adjustable neoprene waist belt holds the ball in a pocket on a stretch cord, so it returns after each kick — no partner or ball-chasing needed. The cord adjusts from 75 to 300cm to change the return height, and the pocket fits most soccer or AFL balls. Builds ball control, accuracy and confidence.
